Geyer Instructional, a national leader in educational products for schools, teachers, and families.
Challenge
Geyer Instructional was spending heavily on paid ads without clear insight into what was actually driving their revenue. Their most valuable transactions—bulk school purchase orders—were invisible to ad platforms like Google and Meta due to lack of tracking. Without visibility into real profit, unit economics, or high-margin SKUs, the algorithms were optimizing for the wrong actions, leading to inefficient ad spend, missed opportunities, and stalled revenue growth.

Our Process
To drive sustainable revenue growth, our first step was a deep audit of Geyer’s backend systems, uncovering that the majority of high-value conversions—bulk purchase orders from schools—were completely invisible to ad platforms.
We built custom-coded conversion goals to sync backend order data into Google and Meta, enabling profit-optimized bidding. With clarity on unit economics and SKU-level profitability, we segmented campaigns by margin and launched targeted Performance Max and Meta campaigns around the most profitable products.
Simultaneously, we rebuilt email marketing flows, launched geo-targeted campaigns for trade shows, and tested new creative formats including testimonial reels and carousel ads. Our full-funnel strategy combined precise audience targeting, data integrity, and creative execution to deliver results that went beyond typical ad optimization—transforming Geyer’s marketing into a scalable revenue engine.
